Department for Education Regional Office visit to Dell Primary
28th June 2016 by Mark Adamson
The Regional Schools Commissioner is responsible for holding Trusts to account for the performance of their schools. To achieve this their Advisers visit schools to gain a strong understanding of the school to ensure appropriate actions are being taken to improve outcomes for pupils. Dell Primary received such a visit on 22nd June 2016. In summary the concluding report stated the school is moving strongly in the right direction. Better progress is already apparent thanks to improved teaching, itself the product of strong leadership.
Well done to everyone associated with Dell; employees, pupils and parents for the efforts that have jointly been made ensuring the school continues to make these rapid improvements. A link to the full letter follows.
